As promised, here is Part 2 and a look at the next two outfits I kindly received from Everything5Pounds. If you haven’t already, you should check out Part 1 first for a background to this post and to see my first outfit.
This Sheer Button Front Blouse in this gorgeous powder blue shade is maybe one of my favourite pieces that I picked out from the website.
It’s lightweight, collared and fastened down the front with tortoiseshell buttons. Tortoiseshell buttons are probably my most loved detailing on clothes. This top is so versatile and could be worn, as I have done, with a white denim mini skirt and chunky biker boots for a more cool and casual look but could also be dressed up with a pair of trousers making it brilliant for a night out or even the workplace.
I will definitely continue wearing this with my white denim skirt though, as I think the white really helps the blue pop.
My final outfit is this beautiful Midi Shirt Dress in a stunning wine shade with animal print detailing. As a petite girl, some midi styles can be a little too long for my legs, but this dress fits perfectly. Again, collared with tortoiseshell buttons down the front, this outfit is a winner for me. The t-shirt length sleeves are flattering and the tie waist belt helps to cinch you in to create shape.
I teamed this dress with my white boots but this dress could also look gorgeous with a pair of heels for a more polished outfit or chuck on some Converse or chunky trainers for a casual, street style look.
My Final Thoughts
From the items I have chosen, I am incredibly happy with the way they fit and look. Obviously, the items aren’t designer quality, but for £5 that kind of quality is obviously not expected.
So you are aware, the stock is from other brands. The pieces I picked up were a selection of New Look and Primark and Everything5Pounds cut the labels out from inside the clothing. I’m not 100% sure of the reasoning behind this, but I thought it was something I should mention before you order and find out for yourselves.
I definitely think I would order items from the website again in the future. For £5, I don’t think you can really go wrong if you find something you like the look of.
Remember, if you want an extra 5% off your order you can use KIRSTYJARVIE5 at the checkout but only for a limited time so act fast.
